Composer's Fair

Southern Region ACDA Composer Fair will take place Friday, March 6, 2026, 2:00-3:30pm (set up starts 1:15pm), in the Lower Lobby area of the Renasant Convention Center, Memphis, TN. Composers will have a table to display scores and other information.

Membership in ACDA and registration for the full conference are required (the one-day registration option will not fulfill this requirement).

There is no additional fee to participate in the Composer Fair, but please fill out this registration form by Saturday, January 31, 2026, to reserve your spot (first-come, first-serve, a limited number of tables available).

• Composers from any ADCA region are welcome to participate.
  
• Composers are permitted to distribute complimentary materials.
  
• Composers are encouraged to direct attendees to purchase scores online.
  
• Composers are not permitted to sell hard copies of scores or set up a point of sale.
  
• Only one table per composer; sharing a table is not permitted.
  
• No A/V equipment or electrical outlets are provided.
  
• ACDA assigns Composer Fair space locations based on a first-come, first-served basis.
  
• ACDA provides: one 6-foot table, solid tablecloth, and 2 chairs, 8-foot backdrop, table signage and identification.
